How to Be Totally Calm Immediately

Do sometimes the nerves get to you?
Can it happen that your emotions take over and rule your life?
Did you notice that you make better decision when you are calm?

There are cures and we can train ourselves to gain calmness.

Training ourselves to stay calm will calm us down eventually. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) provides various tools to achieve a calm state immediately.

But what is when you didn’t start training yourself 2 years ago to become calm or you haven’t seen a coach who is trained in NLP yet to learn those NLP tools and techniques which work immediately?
